Overview

A nickel-plated copper monoblock that cools both the CPU and VRM on the MSI MPG Z590 Carbon Gaming motherboard. It includes addressable D-RGB lighting compatible with MSI Mystic Light.

Design and Materials

The cold plate uses pure nickel-plated electrolytic copper machined into a dense micro-fin array. A transparent acrylic top is CNC-machined for a glass-like finish. Nickel-plated brass standoffs come pre-installed for quick assembly.

Cooling Performance

The 5th generation Velocity engine directs coolant over the CPU and power delivery components with minimal restriction. This high-flow design operates effectively even with lower pump speeds, supporting stable overclocks.

Lighting and Monitoring

An integrated 3-pin 5V addressable D-RGB LED strip connects to the motherboard header and syncs with MSI Mystic Light. A built-in flow indicator provides a visual check of loop operation.

Connectivity and Included Items

Two G1/4-inch ports handle all inlet and outlet connections. The package contains the monoblock, mounting hardware, EK-TIM Ectotherm non-conductive thermal grease, and thermal pads for the VRM.
