Overview

A mid-range CPU water block with a copper cold plate and acetal top, compatible with AMD sockets from AM2 through AM4 plus FM1 and FM2+. Tool-less mounting simplifies installation.

Design and Materials

The block uses a pure copper base with thinner fins for increased surface area. The top is machined from black acetal POM with silver accents. Integrated jet mechanics replace a separate plate, improving flow and reliability.

Mounting and Compatibility

The Easy-Mount system allows tool-less installation after the initial setup. Fixed bolt stops prevent over-tightening. Supported sockets include 939, 940, AM2, AM3, AM3+, AM4, FM1, FM2, and FM2+.

Connectivity

Two standard G1/4-inch ports are spaced 25 mm apart, accommodating fittings up to 19 mm wide. No RGB lighting or display is included.
