Overview

This eight-core AM4 processor uses 3D V-Cache technology to deliver 96 MB of L3 cache for gaming. It fits existing DDR4 systems and runs at a 105W TDP without a bundled cooler.

Architecture and Performance

The processor uses the Zen 3 architecture with eight cores and simultaneous multithreading. A 3.4 GHz base clock and 4.5 GHz boost provide responsive performance in games and applications. The 105W TDP balances speed with power efficiency.

3D V-Cache Advantage

AMD 3D V-Cache stacks additional cache on the die for a total of 96 MB L3. This reduces latency in cache-sensitive titles and improves frame rates without requiring a platform change.

Platform Compatibility

The CPU fits the AM4 socket and supports DDR4-3200 memory in dual-channel mode. With a compatible X570 or B550 motherboard, PCIe 4.0 enables faster NVMe storage and graphics cards.

Included Accessories

The boxed retail package includes a Carbice Ice Pad thermal pad for installation. No CPU cooler is supplied, so a separate cooling solution is required.
