Overview

This inline filter traps debris using a fine stainless steel mesh inside a Delrin housing with an acrylic inspection window. It suits custom water-cooling loops that need reliable particle protection.

Design and Materials

The housing uses high-strength black Delrin secured by a stainless steel plate with four mounting holes. An acrylic panel provides a clear view of the mesh so you can see when cleaning is needed. The unit measures 67 x 67 x 38 mm and the mounting holes are spaced 53 mm apart.

Flow Protection and Maintenance

Water passes through a large-area stainless steel mesh that captures particles from coolants or color additives. The mesh size reduces cleaning frequency, though regular inspection is recommended to avoid flow restriction. Rear levers close both G1/4 ports instantly, allowing removal without draining the loop.

Installation and Lighting Option

The filter can be installed horizontally or vertically in locations such as a front panel or top deck. A 1/8 inch plug on the rear can be replaced with a compatible lighting kit to illuminate the mesh from behind. No fittings are supplied with the filter.
