Overview

An ATX motherboard built for Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors. It delivers high-speed DDR5 memory support, extensive PCIe 5.0 storage, and modern connectivity for enthusiast gaming builds.

Platform and Memory

The board uses the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA 1851 socket for second-generation Core Ultra CPUs. Four DIMM slots support dual-channel DDR5 up to 192 GB at 8000 MT/s via XMP 3.0 and CUDIMM.

Expansion and Storage

A PCIe 5.0 x16 slot handles modern graphics cards while a chipset-linked PCIe 4.0 x4 slot adds flexibility. Five M.2 sockets provide one PCIe 5.0 x4, three PCIe 4.0 x4, and one combo PCIe 4.0 x4 or SATA slot, plus four SATA 6G ports.

Connectivity and Networking

The rear I/O includes two USB4 Type-C ports, five USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C with 30 W power delivery, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, 2.5 GbE LAN, and Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4.

Power and Cooling Features

A 16+1+2+2 phase VRM design feeds the CPU through dual 8-pin EPS connectors. Large VRM heatsinks, M.2 heatsinks, a backplate, and eight 4-pin fan headers plus a dedicated pump header keep thermals in check.
