Overview

A PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD with a pre-installed low-profile heatsink. It fits the PS5 expansion slot and desktop M.2 sockets.

Design and Cooling

The drive uses a compact M.2 2280 layout with a white low-profile aluminum heat spreader already attached. The slim profile clears tight motherboard slots and the PlayStation 5 expansion bay without modification.

Performance

PCIe 4.0 x4 bandwidth delivers sequential reads up to 7,100 MB/s and writes up to 5,800 MB/s. High-density 3D TLC NAND supports a 700 TBW endurance rating and 1.6 million hours MTBF for sustained operation.

Compatibility

Exceeds the PS5 M.2 speed and size requirements for direct console installation. Also works in any desktop or laptop with an M.2 2280 NVMe slot supporting PCIe 4.0 or 3.0.
