Overview

This aluminum mounting frame replaces the standard AM4 bracket to let you shift an AIO cold plate over the chiplet hot spot on Ryzen 3000 and 5000 processors. It fits ATX and E-ATX boards with AM4 sockets.

Design and Materials

The frame is CNC-milled from aluminum and anodized black. It installs in place of the motherboard's original AM4 mounting bracket, providing a sliding rail system that lets the AIO cold plate move laterally across the heatspreader.

Thermal Benefit

Ryzen 3000 and 5000 chiplet designs move the hottest area toward the edge of the IHS. Round AIO blocks often miss this spot. Shifting the block to cover the chiplets can reduce peak temperatures by up to 7°C, varying by CPU and cooler model.

Motherboard Compatibility

Tested on 30 specific X570 models from ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, and MSI. The bracket also fits many older ATX and E-ATX AM4 boards. Mini-ITX boards frequently have components that interfere with installation.

Installation Notes

Detailed assembly instructions are provided via an external video link. The bracket replaces the stock backplate and mounting hardware; follow the guide carefully to ensure proper seating and pressure.
