Overview

A straight compression fitting for 10 mm ID and 16 mm OD soft tubing. It uses a G1/4 thread and includes no branding on the body.

Design and Materials

The fitting body and compression ring are CNC machined from brass with a satin silver finish. The interior is left unpainted to minimize pollutants in the coolant loop. No logos or branding appear on the exterior.

Installation and Security

An 8 mm hex socket inside the barb allows tightening with an Allen key to protect fingertips. The locking ring compresses the tube wall under the barb to prevent pull-off. External grooves assist hand tightening.

Customization Options

The compression ring features cutouts that reveal optional aesthetic color rings. These rings screw onto the fitting before the locking ring and are sold separately in multiple colors.

Compatibility

Designed for flexible tubing such as PVC, EPDM, Norprene, and silicone. The G1/4 thread ensures compatibility with standard water-cooling components and EK Quantum series products.
