Overview

A machined brass compression fitting designed to connect 14mm outer diameter hard tubing in custom water cooling loops. Features a G1/4 inch thread and matte black chrome finish.

Design and Materials

The fitting is machined from brass, an alloy of copper and zinc that provides anodic compatibility with other loop metals while offering greater hardness and corrosion resistance than pure copper. A matte black chrome coating adds a refined finish that is easy to clean.

Sealing and Installation

An EPDM rubber O-ring with a large surface area delivers high clamping force and resists ozone and UV exposure. The tube mounts onto the top of the fitting rather than inserting inside, simplifying length measurement. Assembly uses an 8mm internal hex key.

Dimensions and Compatibility

The connector has a 21mm uniform outer diameter, 14mm height, and weighs 24 grams. It accepts hard tubes made of plastic or metal with a 14mm outer diameter and connects via a standard G1/4 inch outer thread.
