Overview

This active backplate adds coolant flow to the rear of compatible EVGA graphics cards. It pairs with the Vector² water block to create a unified cooling enclosure.

Unified Cooling Design

The backplate replaces the stock terminal on the Vector² water block and links both components into one unit. Coolant enters and exits through a single pair of ports, eliminating extra tubing.

Direct Link Flow Architecture

A machined brass insert diagonally connects the water block and backplate inside the terminal. This layout supports both serial and parallel flow configurations from adjacent or opposing sides.

Materials and Finish

The cold plate is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper. The top cover uses durable black acetal, and a black-anodized aluminum side panel conceals the PCB.

Lighting and Aesthetics

Addressable RGB LEDs connect via a standard 3-pin 5V header. The lighting syncs with ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, and ASRock Polychrome. Magnetic covers hide the terminal screws and allow brand rotation for inverted mounts.
