Overview

A GT-style sequential shifter using a patented magnetic system to simulate realistic gear engagement. Adjustable forces and an integrated button box suit rally, GT, and touring car sim racing.

Magnetic Shift Feel

The magnetic system replicates the tactile click of a real gearbox engaging. Overall, upshift, and downshift forces are set independently, allowing a firm upshift with a softer downshift if desired. Peak force ranges from 4.5 kg to 11 kg measured at the lever.

Sensors and Electronics

Opto-electronic sensors detect shifts without physical contact, eliminating wear on electronic components. The device connects via USB and is recognized immediately by simulator software for plug-and-play assignment.

Button Box and SmartControl

Three buttons on the base unit can be mapped to any simulator function. Heusinkveld SmartControl expands the lever and three buttons into ten fully customizable outputs with primary and secondary actions, timing logic, and profile switching.

Mounting and Dimensions

A U-shaped bracket mounts with two bolts and fits a single aluminum profile slot. The package includes two bolt lengths, flange nuts, and guided I-type slot 8 T-nuts. The unit measures 130 mm deep, 72 mm wide, 70 mm high, and weighs 2.42 kg.
