Overview

A pressure-sensitive USB handbrake for sim racing cockpits. It uses a 120kg load cell to measure up to 22kg of lever force and includes adjustable springs and elastomers for custom feel.

Build and Design

Structural parts are CNC precision laser-cut steel with a black fine-structured powder coat finish. The compact base handles higher forces than the previous model while fitting easily into a simulator cockpit.

Mechanical Adjustability

A two-stage spring system simulates cable slack and pad gap with adjustable travel and preload. Three included elastomers provide soft, medium, or stiff progressive resistance. The lever locks horizontally or vertically with fine-tune adjustment up to 26 degrees.

Sensor and Software

The lever actuates a 120kg load cell for linear force measurement up to 22kg at the handle. SmartControl software creates non-linear output curves, deadzones, and profiles without recalibration. SmartControl Live switches profiles on the fly during a session.

Mounting Options

The base mounts horizontally or vertically using four integrated holes or the included adapter plate for aluminum profiles. The adapter plate adds up to 22.5 degrees of yaw rotation to align the pull direction ergonomically. Mounting bolts and T-nuts are supplied.
