Overview

This set includes two rigid plastic cards designed for prying open electronics and separating clipped components. They also work for spreading thermal paste or light scraping.

Design and Materials

Each card matches standard credit card dimensions for easy handling. The smooth plastic edges prevent scratching sensitive surfaces during prying tasks. One card is white and the other blue for quick identification.

Primary Uses

Slide the cards between seams to release plastic clips or adhesive bonds on phones, tablets, and laptops. The flat profile also works well for evenly spreading thermal paste on CPU heat spreaders.

Additional Applications

The rigid yet flexible material handles delicate scraping jobs like removing residue or stickers. They provide a safer alternative to metal tools when working near fragile ribbon cables or display panels.
