Overview

This Koolance QD3 quick disconnect fitting allows tool-free separation of liquid cooling loops. It fits 13mm OD, 10mm ID tubing with a compression connection.

Design and Build

The body is machined from brass with a black finish. A compression fitting secures 13mm outer diameter, 10mm inner diameter tubing. The straight profile does not rotate after installation.

Operation and Use

Press the metal collar to disconnect the male plug instantly. Internal valves seal both sides automatically. Up to 0.2 ml of fluid may escape during separation. The fitting handles up to 28.5 psi operating pressure.

Typical Applications

Ideal for external radiators that need removal for transport or for components swapped frequently during testing. Requires a matching male QD3 fitting to complete the connection.
