The drive uses a single-sided M.2 2280 layout measuring 80 x 22 x 2.45 mm and weighs 6 grams. Black PCB with 3D TLC NAND and a Maxiotek MAP1602A four-channel controller.

Performance

Delivers up to 7,400 MB/s sequential read and 6,500 MB/s sequential write on PCIe 4.0. Random 4K performance reaches 1,000,000 IOPS read and 900,000 IOPS write at QD32.

Interface and Compatibility

Connects via M.2 M-Key slot using PCIe 4.0 x4 lanes and NVMe 2.0 protocol. Compatible with motherboards and laptops that support PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 M.2 NVMe drives.
