Overview

A 120mm industrial-grade PWM fan built for harsh environments with IP67 water and dust protection, a 24V three-phase motor, and 2000 RPM maximum speed. Suited for demanding cooling in industrial equipment.

Industrial Design and Protection

The frame and impeller use fiberglass-reinforced polyamide that withstands temperatures up to 140°C. Motor and PCB are fully encapsulated in heat-conductive resin to achieve IP67 certification, making the fan dust tight and waterproof to 1 meter depth.

Motor and Bearing Technology

A three-phase motor with six slots delivers smoother rotation, lower vibration, and 10 percent better energy efficiency than single-phase designs. The SSO2 bearing places the rear magnet closer to the axis for improved stability and a rated MTTF exceeding 150,000 hours.

Airflow and Acoustic Optimization

The Focused Flow frame uses eleven stator guide vanes with Varying Angular Distance and Vortex-Control Notches to straighten airflow and spread noise across a broader frequency range. The seven-blade Heptaperf impeller balances pressure and airflow for heatsink and radiator use.

Mounting and Control

Integrated anti-vibration pads made from soft silicone reduce vibration transfer without affecting screw compatibility. The 4-pin PWM connector supports automatic speed control from 450 to 2000 RPM via standard motherboard or controller headers.
