Overview

A single-tower CPU air cooler featuring a 140mm PWM fan and six heatpipes. Designed for quiet operation and broad socket compatibility.

Design and Dimensions

The cooler measures 150mm wide, 165mm tall, and 52mm deep without the fan, expanding to 78mm deep with the NF-A15 installed. The slim 52mm fin stack clears tall memory modules on LGA2011 platforms. Total weight is 935 grams with the fan attached.

Fan Performance

The included NF-A15 140mm fan runs at 300 to 1500 RPM via PWM, delivering up to 140.2 m³/h airflow at 24.6 dB(A). The supplied Low-Noise Adapter lowers the maximum speed to 1200 RPM, cutting noise to 19.2 dB(A) and airflow to 115.5 m³/h.

Socket Compatibility

SecuFirm2 hardware supports Intel LGA1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1366, 1700, 1851, 2011, 2011-V3, and 2066 plus AMD AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, AM4, AM5, FM1, FM2, and FM2+. A separate LGA1700 kit is available if needed.

Included Accessories

The package contains the NF-A15 140mm fan with anti-vibration pads, a Low-Noise Adapter, extra fan clips and pads for a second fan in push-pull configuration, NT-H1 thermal compound, and the SecuFirm2 mounting kit for all listed sockets.
