Compact Dual-Tower Layout

The cooler measures 118mm long, 78mm wide, and 65mm tall, weighing 425g. Its dual-tower fin stack fits tight server chassis while presenting ample surface area for heat dissipation.

Heat Pipe and Fin Construction

Five 6mm copper heat pipes transfer heat from the aluminum base into aluminum cooling fins. The design targets a maximum thermal design power of 270 watts.

Fan Performance and Control

A single 60mm dual-bearing fan spins between 1,600 and 10,000 RPM via 4-pin PWM. It delivers up to 51.9 CFM airflow and 30.99 mmH2O static pressure at 57.5 dB(A) maximum noise.

Socket Support and Package Contents

Compatible with Intel LGA 4677 and LGA 4710 sockets. The box includes the heatsink, one pre-installed 60mm fan, and mounting hardware for the supported platforms.
