Overview

This 4 TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD uses PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 interfaces for high-speed storage. It suits desktops and laptops needing large capacity and fast throughput.

Design and Build

The drive uses a single-sided M.2 2280 form factor measuring 22.2 mm wide, 80.2 mm long, and 2.4 mm thick. It has no integrated heatsink and weighs very little for standard motherboard slots.

Performance

Samsung 3D TLC NAND and the Piccolo controller deliver sequential reads up to 7,250 MB/s and writes up to 6,300 MB/s using SLC cache. The drive supports both PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 modes.

Endurance and Power

Rated at 2.4 PB TBW and 1.5 million hours MTBF. Active power draw is 4.6 W, idle is 0.06 W, and standby is 0.005 W. The drive carries a five-year manufacturer warranty.

Compatibility

Connects via M.2 M-key slot using PCIe lanes. Works with any platform supporting PCIe 4.0 or 5.0 NVMe drives. No RGB lighting or additional cables are included.
