Overview

This adapter lets you install an M-Key M.2 NVMe SSD into a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. It includes a heatsink and thermal pads to maintain drive temperatures.

Design and Cooling

The card uses a black PCB with a gray aluminum heatsink. Thermal pads are provided to transfer heat from the SSD to the heatsink. The low-profile design fits standard expansion slots.

Performance and Compatibility

The adapter routes four PCIe 4.0 lanes directly to the M.2 slot. It supports M-Key NVMe SSDs. Backward compatibility with earlier PCIe generations is maintained.

Installation

Insert the card into an available PCIe slot. Secure the SSD with the included standoff and screw. Apply the thermal pads between the drive and heatsink before closing the case.
