Design and Build

The heatsink is machined entirely from copper, integrating the base and skived fins into a single piece. This structure spreads heat quickly across the fin array without relying on a fan.

Compatibility and Clearance

Mounting hardware supports Intel LGA2011, LGA2011-V3, and LGA2066 platforms. At 90mm square and 26mm tall, the cooler clears standard 1U rackmount enclosures and tight industrial chassis.

Installation
