Overview

A single-tower air cooler built for Intel LGA4677 Xeon processors in 4U server and workstation chassis. Rated for 270W TDP with a 92mm PWM fan.

Design and Compatibility

The cooler uses a single-tower layout measuring 93mm wide, 126mm tall, and 118mm deep. It fits 4U SFF server and workstation cases and mounts directly to Intel LGA4677 sockets. The base plate and fins are aluminum; the five heat pipes are copper.

Thermal Performance

Five 6mm heat pipes transfer heat to the aluminum fin stack, supporting a maximum TDP of 270W. The included 92mm fan runs at 12V and draws 0.66A, delivering up to 132 m³/h (77.7 CFM) of airflow with 10.67 mmH₂O static pressure.

Fan Control and Acoustics

A 4-pin PWM connector allows speed control from 1500 to 5000 RPM. At maximum speed the fan produces 43 dB(A). The dual ball bearing design provides durability for continuous operation in server environments.

Included Accessories

The package contains the heatsink with pre-installed 92mm fan and pre-applied thermal paste on the base. No additional fans can be mounted on this model.
