A low-profile 4U air cooler built for Intel LGA4189 servers and workstations. It handles up to 270W TDP using five copper heatpipes and a PWM-controlled fan.

Compact Server Design

The cooler measures 92mm by 92mm with a 25mm height, meeting 4U rack requirements. Aluminum fins and a copper base keep weight low while transferring heat to five 6mm heatpipes.

Thermal Performance

Rated for 270W TDP, the heatpipe array moves heat from the CPU to the fin stack efficiently. The 4-pin PWM fan spins between 1500 and 5000 RPM to match workload demands.

Acoustics and Control

At full speed the fan produces 43 dB(A). PWM control allows the motherboard to reduce speed during lighter loads, lowering noise in typical server environments.
