Overview

This kit provides offset cooler brackets and thread adapter screws for AMD Socket AM5 motherboards. It helps align coolers with CPU chiplet hotspots for better heat transfer.

Offset Mounting Design

The brackets allow compatible CPU coolers to be mounted off-center on the processor. This positions the cold plate closer to the chiplet hotspots on Ryzen 7000 series CPUs, improving heat dissipation efficiency.

Thread Adapter Screws

The kit includes adapter screws that convert the cooler bracket's UNC 6-32 threads to M3 and M4 threads. This enables installation of AIOs and water blocks that require metric mounting hardware.

Direct Die Frame Support

When using the Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame, the mounting height changes. The included M3 and M4 adapter screws allow the cooler to sit lower, maintaining proper contact pressure.
