Overview

A gallium-indium liquid metal thermal compound in a 5g syringe. Designed for extreme overclocking on nickel-plated copper coolers.

Composition and Performance

Conductonaut Extreme uses a binary gallium-indium alloy that removes tin and other elements found in the original formula. This change raises thermal conductivity by roughly 18 percent and eliminates tin interactions with cooler surfaces. The paste contains no solid particles, so it fills microscopic gaps at nanometer scale for minimal bond-line thickness.

Compatibility and Safety

The compound is electrically conductive and mildly corrosive to bare copper and aluminum. Application is limited to nickel-plated copper cold plates. It must not contact aluminum heatsinks or any exposed circuitry. The operating temperature window spans -50°C to 200°C, with an application range of 17°C to 150°C.

Each unit provides 5 grams of liquid metal in a syringe fitted with a metal dispensing needle. The needle allows controlled placement on small die surfaces. Density is rated at 6.29 g/cm³.
