Overview

Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Advance replaces thermal paste on memory chips and voltage regulators. The 0.5mm gray pads use aluminum oxide in a silicone carrier for paste-like conductivity without electrical conduction.

Design and Materials

Each pad uses a silicone carrier loaded with aluminum oxide particles. The compound is gray, electrically non-conductive, and cut to 120 by 20 millimeters at a uniform 0.5 millimeter thickness.

Performance and Use

The pads deliver thermal conductivity similar to paste while bridging gaps on GPU memory modules and voltage regulators. They perform well under low mounting pressure and maintain efficiency across the thickness range.
