Overview

Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone-based carrier matrix filled with aluminum oxide particles. This construction delivers thermal performance similar to traditional paste while remaining electrically non-conductive. The material conforms to surfaces under very low mounting pressure.

Developed from the Minus Pad 8, this version offers significantly improved thermal conductivity. It excels in applications where paste application is difficult, such as GPU memory modules and voltage regulator circuits. Thickness choice should match the physical gap to the heatsink.
