Overview

A pair of 1mm thick thermal pads designed to transfer heat from memory chips and voltage regulators. The non-conductive silicone compound bridges gaps where paste is impractical.

Design and Materials

Each pad uses a silicone carrier loaded with aluminum oxide particles. The gray material is electrically non-conductive, preventing short circuits if it contacts exposed traces. The compound remains compliant under low pressure.

Performance and Use

Thermal conductivity matches typical thermal pastes, making these pads a direct substitute where gaps exceed paste limits. Thickness does not significantly affect conductivity, so the 1mm option should be chosen strictly for the physical gap height.

Installation Notes

The 100 by 100 millimeter sheets can be trimmed with scissors to fit specific components. They are intended for memory modules, voltage regulator circuits, and similar surfaces where a uniform gap fill is required.
