Overview

A high-conductivity silicone thermal pad sized for narrow VRM rows and memory modules. The clay-like consistency conforms to uneven surfaces without paste mess.

Design and Material

The pad uses a silicone base loaded with ceramic particles for high thermal conductivity. Its putty-like texture flows under light pressure to fill microscopic voids between dies and heatsinks. The material carries a V-0 flammability rating and withstands temperatures from -100 °C to 250 °C.

Typical Applications

Ideal for GPU memory chips, voltage regulator modules, and other components where thermal paste is difficult to apply. The 20 mm width fits narrow VRM arrays, while the 2 mm thickness bridges larger gaps without excessive compression force.

Installation Notes

Remove the protective film from both sides before placement. The pad is electrically insulating with a dielectric strength of 8 kV/mm. Because the material deforms permanently, Thermal Grizzly recommends single use only.
