Design and Build

The switch measures 100 x 98 x 25 mm. A black metal enclosure provides durability and passive cooling without a fan. Front-panel LEDs show power and link/activity status for each port.

Performance

Non-blocking architecture delivers 10 Gbps total switching capacity and a 7.4 Mpps packet forwarding rate. The MAC address table holds 2,000 entries, and jumbo frames up to 16,000 bytes are supported for large data transfers.

Energy Efficiency

IEEE 802.3az compliant circuitry automatically powers down idle ports and adjusts power based on cable length, reducing maximum consumption to 2.3 W. The included 9 V, 0.6 A DC adapter supplies all required power.

Connectivity and Setup

Five Gigabit Ethernet ports support 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds with full-duplex flow control and auto-negotiation. No configuration is needed; simply connect devices and the switch begins forwarding traffic immediately.
