Overview

A set of three thermal interface pads sized for M.2 2280 solid-state drives. Suitable for cooling SSDs, CPUs, GPUs, RAM, or LEDs.

Design and Materials

Each pad uses a silicone elastomer matrix loaded with ceramic microparticles. The compound remains stable up to 160°C and does not become corrosive or electrically conductive over time.

Performance and Use

Rated for continuous operation from -40°C to 160°C with a density of 2.95 g/cm³. The 1.5 mm thickness and Shore 00 hardness of 45 allow the material to conform to uneven surfaces on SSDs, CPUs, GPUs, RAM modules, or LED arrays.
