The pad uses a silicone carrier complex loaded with aluminum oxide as the heat transfer medium. This composition delivers performance comparable to thermal paste while remaining easy to apply on uneven surfaces.

Performance and Use

Thermal conductivity changes only slightly with thickness, so the 1.0 mm option should be selected based on the physical gap between component and heatsink. It works well even with minimal mounting pressure.
