Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone carrier complex loaded with aluminum oxide as the heat transfer medium. This composition delivers thermal performance comparable to thermal paste while remaining electrically non-conductive. The material stays compliant under minimal mounting pressure.

Performance and Use Cases

Engineered for components where paste application is difficult, such as VRAM and VRM modules. It bridges gaps up to 1.5 mm thick with consistent conductivity across the operating range of -100 to 200 degrees Celsius. Thickness selection depends only on the physical gap.

Development Background

Thermal Grizzly collaborated with extreme overclocker Roman "der8auer" Hartung to validate chemical compositions and benchmark against competing products. The result meets standards required for competitive overclocking and silent workstation cooling.

Package Contents

Each package contains a single pad measuring 100 mm by 100 mm by 1.5 mm in a beige finish. The pad can be cut to fit smaller component footprints as needed.
