Overview

An ATX motherboard built on the AMD B650 chipset for Socket AM5 Ryzen 7000 processors. It supports DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0 storage, and 2.5 GbE networking.

Power Design and Cooling

The board uses a 14+2+1 Dr.MOS phase design with Smart Power Stage technology for precise current and temperature monitoring. An 8-layer PCB with 2 oz copper inner layers improves signal integrity and lowers temperatures. An oversized aluminum M.2 heatsink keeps high-speed SSDs cool under load.

Memory and Overclocking

Four DDR5 slots accept up to 128 GB of memory. AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles are supported for one-click overclocking beyond 6400 MHz. A built-in protection circuit reduces the risk of damaging DDR5 modules during installation or removal while AC power is connected.

Storage and Expansion

One PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 slot provides up to 128 GB/s bandwidth for next-generation SSDs. Two additional M.2 slots support PCIe 4.0 x4 and SATA 6 Gbps. Four SATA 6 Gbps ports and three PCIe expansion slots (one PCIe 4.0 x16, one PCIe 4.0 x1, one PCIe 3.0 x16) handle add-in cards and drives.

Connectivity and Audio

Rear I/O includes 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, DisplayPort, HDMI, Thunderbolt 3 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C, USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.1 Type-A, two USB 3.0 Type-A, and six USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Nahimic audio software adds noise suppression, echo cancellation, and virtual surround sound for headphones and speakers.
