Overview

An ATX motherboard built on the AMD B850 chipset for Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 series processors. It delivers PCIe 5.0 graphics and storage support, DDR5 overclocking to 8000 MT/s, and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Platform and Memory

The board uses the AMD B850 chipset with an AM5 socket for Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 series processors. Four DIMM slots accept up to 256 GB of DDR5 memory with overclocked speeds reaching 8000 MT/s via AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles.

Expansion and Storage

A single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot handles modern graphics cards, while two additional PCIe 4.0 x16 mechanical slots run at x4 for add-in cards. Storage includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, and two SATA 6 Gbps ports, all with dedicated heatsinks.

Connectivity and I/O

Rear I/O provides one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and eight USB 2.0 ports. Video outputs include HDMI and DisplayPort. Networking features Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 2.5 GbE LAN port driven by a Realtek RTL8125BG controller.

Power and Cooling

The CPU receives power through an 8-pin plus a 4-pin connector for stable overclocking. Seven 4-pin PWM headers support fans and radiators. VRM and M.2 heatsinks are included.
