Overview

A Micro ATX motherboard using the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA 1851 socket for second-generation Core Ultra processors. It fits compact builds that need high-speed storage and memory.

Compact Micro ATX Layout

The board measures 244 by 244 mm and fits standard Micro ATX cases. A pre-installed I/O shield simplifies installation. Black PCB and VRM heatsinks give a clean look for windowed chassis.

Memory and Expansion

Four DIMM slots accept dual-channel DDR5 up to 256 GB at 8800 MT/s with XMP 3.0 profiles. The primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot connects to the CPU, while a second x16-size slot runs at PCIe 4.0 x4 from the chipset.

Storage and Cooling

Three M.2 sockets include one CPU-attached PCIe 5.0 x4 drive and two chipset-attached PCIe 4.0 x4 drives, each covered by a heatsink. Four SATA 6 Gbps ports provide additional capacity.

Rear I/O and Power

External ports include 2.5 GbE LAN, three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, two USB 2.0, DisplayPort, HDMI, and three audio jacks. Internal headers add one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, and two USB 2.0 headers. Power delivery uses an 8-pin ATX12V connector alongside the 24-pin ATX.
