The board uses the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA 1851 socket to support second-generation Core Ultra processors. Four DDR5 DIMM slots accept up to 192 GB of memory with XMP 3.0 and CUDIMM support, reaching 9066 MT/s when overclocked.

Expansion and Storage

Two full-length PCIe 5.0 x16 slots operate at x16 or x8/x8 electrical, alongside a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. Five M.2 sockets provide one PCIe 5.0 x4 connection from the CPU, three PCIe 4.0 x4 connections, and one combo PCIe 4.0 x4 or SATA slot, all with dedicated heatsinks.

Connectivity

Rear I/O includes two USB-C Thunderbolt 5 ports, one Thunderbolt 4 port, six USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and one USB 2.0 port. Networking features a Marvell 10 GbE controller, an Intel 2.5 GbE controller, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
