The board uses the AMD X870E chipset on the AM5 socket (LGA 1718) to support Ryzen 9000 series CPUs. Four DDR5 DIMM slots accept up to 192 GB of memory with overclocked speeds reaching 8400 MT/s in dual-channel mode.

Expansion and Storage

One PCIe 5.0 x16 slot runs at full x16 electrical from the CPU, while a second x16-sized slot operates at PCIe 4.0 x4 from the chipset. Five M.2 sockets include three PCIe 5.0 x4 and two PCIe 4.0 x4 connections, plus four SATA 6Gbps ports.

Connectivity and I/O
