Power Delivery and Cooling

The 8+2 DrMOS VRM uses integrated power stages for efficient current delivery to Ryzen 5000, 5000 G-Series, 4000 G-Series, and 3000 series processors. Two-ounce copper layers and VRM heatsinks dissipate heat, while the ProCool 8-pin socket ensures a secure, low-impedance connection. TUF chokes and capacitors are rated for higher temperature tolerance and longer lifespan.

Protection and Durability

SafeSlot reinforces the primary PCIe x16 slot with a metal insert and extra solder points for stronger retention. ESD guards on I/O, USB, and VGA ports exceed industry standards. TUF LANGuard protects the 2.5 GbE controller from surges. The stainless-steel rear I/O panel resists corrosion and passes 72-hour salt fog testing.

Connectivity and Storage

Wireless networking uses Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Rear I/O includes one USB 3.2 Type-C, five USB 3.2 Type-A, two USB 2.0, DisplayPort, HDMI, five analog audio jacks, and optical S/PDIF. Internal headers provide two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and RGB lighting connectors. Storage options cover one PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2, one PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2, and four SATA 6G ports.

Setup and Software

BIOS FlashBack updates the UEFI via USB without a CPU or memory installed. Armoury Crate centralizes RGB control, fan curves, and Two-Way AI Noise Cancellation. Debug LEDs assist troubleshooting. The board includes a TPM header and four 4-pin fan headers for cooling management.
