The drive uses a black M.2 2280 PCB with a pre-installed aluminum heatspreader. The spreader disperses heat to reduce thermal throttling during heavy workloads. It weighs 66 grams and fits directly into a motherboard slot without cables.

Performance and Endurance

A PCIe 4.0 x4 controller with NVMe 1.4 support delivers sequential reads up to 7100 MB/s and writes up to 5800 MB/s. High-density 3D TLC NAND provides an endurance rating of 700 TB written and a 1.6 million hour MTBF.

Power and Compatibility

Idle power draw is 0.005 W and active consumption reaches 8.1 W. The drive connects via a standard PCIe M.2 slot and follows the NVMe 1.4 specification for broad motherboard compatibility.
