Design and Cooling

The drive uses the standard M.2 2280 form factor measuring 80mm by 22mm. A pre-installed heatsink covers the controller and NAND to maintain optimal temperatures during heavy workloads.

Performance and Endurance

High-density 3D TLC NAND enables sequential reads up to 12,400 MB/s and writes up to 11,800 MB/s. The drive is rated for 1,400 TBW and 1.6 million hours MTBF.

Features and Compatibility

NVMe 2.0 and PCIe 5.0 x4 provide up to 75 percent higher throughput than Gen4 SSDs. Microsoft DirectStorage allows direct GPU communication for faster game loading in supported titles.
