Hybrid Architecture and Clocks

The chip combines eight Lion Cove performance cores with a 5.3 GHz single-core turbo and twelve Skymont efficiency cores reaching 4.6 GHz. Intel Thread Director schedules work across all 20 threads without simultaneous multithreading. Turbo Boost Max 3.0 raises frequencies dynamically under load.

Memory and Platform

The dual-channel controller supports DDR5 UDIMM up to 6,400 MT/s and includes ECC capability. Platform compatibility is limited to Intel 800-series chipsets with an LGA 1851 socket. The processor ships in a retail box with a bundled cooler.

Connectivity and I/O

Twenty PCIe 5.0 lanes provide 16 lanes for a graphics card and four for NVMe SSDs, while four additional PCIe 4.0 lanes serve extra storage. The platform enables Thunderbolt 5 at up to 120 Gbit/s, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4 through compatible motherboards.

Integrated Graphics and AI
