Overview

A Mini-ITX motherboard built on the Intel Z890 chipset for LGA 1851 Core Ultra processors. It fits small-form-factor builds that need high-speed storage, Thunderbolt 4 and 5 GbE networking.

Compact Design and Power Delivery

The 170 x 170 mm Mini-ITX PCB uses a black finish and includes VRM heatsinks. Power is supplied through a 24-pin ATX connector and a single 8-pin 12 V CPU connector.

Memory and Expansion

Two DIMM slots accept DDR5 up to 128 GB with XMP 3.0 profiles reaching 9,466 MT/s. A full-size PCIe 5.0 x16 slot handles modern GPUs, while three M.2 sockets provide one PCIe 5.0 x4 and two PCIe 4.0 x4 connections, one of which also supports SATA.

Connectivity and I/O

Rear I/O offers two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports at 40 Gbit/s, six USB 3.1 Type-A ports at 10 Gbit/s, HDMI, 5 GbE LAN, dual antenna connectors and a BIOS Flashback button. Internal headers include one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, front audio and a thermistor header.

Cooling, Lighting and Included Accessories

Three 4-pin headers serve the CPU fan, AIO pump and a case fan. Two 3-pin 5 V ARGB headers control addressable lighting. The box contains two SATA cables, a Wi-Fi antenna, an ARGB splitter cable, a thermistor cable and three M.2 mounting screws.
