Overview

This ATX motherboard pairs the Intel Z890 chipset with an LGA 1851 socket for second-generation Core Ultra processors. It suits enthusiasts building high-performance desktops.

Layout and Cooling

The board uses a black ATX form factor measuring 305 by 244 mm. VRM heatsinks cover the power delivery. Eight 4-pin headers support two CPU fans, one AIO pump, and five case fans. Three 5 V ARGB headers and one 12 V RGB header handle lighting.

Memory and Storage

Four DIMM slots accept DDR5 up to 7600 MT/s overclocked with a 256 GB maximum. Storage includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots from the CPU, one PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot from the chipset that also supports SATA, and four SATA 6 Gbps ports.

Connectivity
