The board uses the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA 1851 socket to support second-generation Core Ultra processors. Four UDIMM slots accept up to 256 GB of DDR5 with XMP 3.0 and CUDIMM support, reaching 9200 MT/s when overclocked.

Expansion and Storage

A PCIe 5.0 x16 slot provides full bandwidth for modern graphics cards. Two PCIe 4.0 x4 slots and one PCIe 4.0 x1 slot handle add-in cards. Four M.2 sockets include one PCIe 5.0 x4 and three PCIe 4.0 x4, alongside four SATA 6 Gbps ports.

Connectivity and Networking

The rear panel offers a USB4 Type-C port at 40 Gbps, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, three USB 3.1/3.0 Type-A ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. Networking uses an Intel Killer E5000 5 Gbps LAN controller and a Killer BE1750x module for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
