Overview

This is a 64GB quad-channel DDR5 memory kit built for Intel Xeon workstations. It runs at 6000 MT/s with low CL32 latency and includes ECC error correction.

Workstation Design

Four black DDR5 RDIMMs provide 64 GB in a quad-channel layout. Each module uses a low-profile aluminum heatspreader measuring 31.25 mm tall to fit crowded workstation boards.

Performance Profile

The kit runs at 6000 MT/s with CL32-38-38 timings at 1.35 V via Intel XMP 3.0. Default SPD settings operate at 4800 MT/s with CL40-39-39 timings at 1.1 V.

Platform Compatibility

Validated for Intel C741, C621A, and W790 chipsets. Also listed for AMD SP5 and WRX80 platforms. ECC registration supports error correction on compatible server and workstation CPUs.
