Each module uses a matte black aluminum heat spreader measuring 4.4 cm tall. The spreader dissipates heat from the DRAM and the onboard power management IC. Addressable RGB LEDs run along the top edge for lighting customization.

Performance and Compatibility

The kit operates at 6400 MT/s with CL32-39-39 timings at the standard 1.1V. It includes profiles for both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0, allowing one-click configuration on supported motherboards. On-die ECC provides real-time error correction for data integrity.

Lighting and Software

RGB lighting is compatible with major motherboard vendor utilities and Signal RGB software. Users can synchronize effects across components or create custom patterns without additional hardware controllers.
