Overview

A pair of high-performance thermal pads designed to bridge gaps between components and heatsinks. Suitable for memory chips and voltage regulators where paste is impractical.

Design and Materials

Each pad uses a silicone carrier matrix loaded with aluminum oxide particles. The compound is electrically non-conductive, preventing shorts on exposed circuitry. The gray pads measure 100 mm by 100 mm with a 2.0 mm profile.

Performance and Use

Thermal conductivity matches many pastes while tolerating uneven surfaces. Thickness does not significantly affect heat transfer, so selection depends only on the gap distance. Ideal for VRAM, VRMs, and other components where paste application is difficult.
