TRC20 or ERC20: which network to use

Use the network your USDT is already on. If you buy USDT on an exchange to pay us, a TRC20 withdrawal usually costs less. How to pay with USDT, step by step

1. Add products to your cart and check out with an email address and a shipping address. No account is needed.
2. Choose a delivery option: checkout shows the carrier, the price and the delivery dates for your address, and standard shipping is free within the EU on orders of $300 or more. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are not included and may be collected by the carrier.
3. Select USDT and the network, TRC20 or ERC20. The payment page shows the exact USDT amount, a fresh deposit address for this order only, a QR code and a countdown.
4. In your wallet or exchange, choose USDT on the same network, paste the address and enter the amount. If the exchange deducts its fee from the amount, add the fee so the full amount arrives.
5. The payment page updates on its own once the payment is confirmed on the network. Follow your order on the Track order page with your order number and email address.
6. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Underpaid, overpaid or expired payments

If less USDT arrives than shown, usually because an exchange deducted a withdrawal fee, the payment page shows the remaining amount: send it to the same address while it is still being watched. The address is watched for 30 minutes after the countdown, so a payment broadcast a little late is still credited automatically. An overpayment is refunded on request, minus the network fee. If the countdown expires without payment, start a new payment from your order page to get a new amount and a new address.

Pay safely

• Payment addresses only appear on hodlchip.com payment pages. We never send them by email, chat, direct message or phone.
• Copy the address from the payment page for every order. Address poisoning, which plants look-alike addresses in your wallet history, is a common scam with USDT.
• Check the network, the token (USDT) and the first and last characters of the address before you confirm.
