Overview

A 12-core, 24-thread desktop processor built on the Zen 4 architecture for AM5 socket motherboards. Suited for gaming and content creation workloads.

Architecture and Performance

The processor uses the Zen 4 microarchitecture on a 5 nm process. It delivers 12 cores and 24 threads with a 4.7 GHz base clock and a 5.6 GHz maximum boost clock. Precision Boost 2 and Precision Boost Overdrive adjust frequencies automatically based on workload and thermal headroom.

Memory and Platform

The dual-channel memory controller supports DDR5 UDIMM modules up to 5200 MT/s natively. AMD EXPO technology enables one-touch memory overclocking. The AM5 socket platform provides 24 PCIe 5.0 lanes for high-speed GPUs and NVMe storage.

Integrated Graphics

An integrated AMD Radeon GPU with 2 compute units runs at 2200 MHz. It provides basic display output and hardware video acceleration without a discrete graphics card.
